Return Process

  Contact our natural care experts via our online contact form or customer service line with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
